About Vela Well-Being

VeLa Well-Being was created to support individuals in helping professions—educators, psychologists, counselors, administrators, and parents—in maintaining their own well-being. Our mission extends to enabling these professionals to assist those they work with in maintaining well-being through the following steps:

1 Awareness: Recognize and observe stressful or traumatic events in their own lives and in the lives of students, clients, coworkers, subordinates, patients, and children.
2 Empowerment: Empower oneself and others to create positive changes in their lives.
3 Well-being: Maintain personal well-being and support others in achieving the same.

Our Goals

We aim to empower everyone to make positive changes in their lives, the lives of those around them, and the world. Be the light. Bring the light.

Our Vision

We envision a world where everyone lives with respect and peace with themselves, others, all beings, nature, and Mother Earth.

Our Values

– Unconditional Love: See the light in every person around you.
– Serving Others and a Higher Purpose: Find meaning in life through service.
– Compassion and Transparency: Be true to oneself and others, fostering honesty and understanding.
– Spirituality: Believe in a higher consciousness, whether through creator, the universe, or God.
